Welcome to Next Level Athletes
We are a nonprofit baseball organization with one teamā€”our 10U squad. We compete in spring, summer, and fall leagues and participate in multiple tournaments each year. Our mission is to develop young athletes through strong fundamentals, leadership, and sportsmanship.
Founded by a nationally recognized motivational speaker and Navy veteran, our players are taught to lead on and off the field with discipline and purpose.
Program Highlights
College Recruiting Support
Even at 10U, we begin tracking performance and building foundations for athlete recruiting journeys. Families will receive guidance on player development and long-term planning for future recruiting visibility.
Included in: Prospect+ TierLeadership Development
Our program incorporates leadership activities for players including goal-setting, reflection, and role-based accountability. We aim to build future leaders, not just baseball players.

Age-appropriate bodyweight and coordination training is integrated into our practices to improve athleticism, mobility, and prevent injuriesā€”especially during growth years.
